    The first time I had this spectacular honey was on our honeymoon in 1998. Since then, we’ve treasured this special company and the products they produce. It’s always fun to watch reactions of our friends the first time they taste the honey on one of our charcuterie boards, or during a brunch. Almost always, they jaw drop -“What IS this?”, “I’ve never tasted honey like this!”. Any product from the Rare Hawaiian Honey company is sure to bring some joy, and customer service has always been outstanding. Mahalo

    Love this honey! I add it to my tea and coffee! When I crave a sweet treat, I’ll mix it in with pecans. Wonderful! Sometimes I’ll just eat a spoonful right from the jar.

    I first discovered this tea when I shopped on The Republic of Tea website. Not thinking to go directly to this website to purchase, I ordered this brand from various vendors. Finally I came to this website and was glad to discover such a wide variety.

    This is unquestionably the most delicious honey I’ve ever tasted. When I was young, my sister would get jars of it from her friend, whose mom owned a health food company. She would hide it in her drawer, and I would sneakily take spoonfuls (unbeknownst to her).

    While I was in college, I tried many, many honeys from local health food stores, including other honeys that looked like this one. They did not compare. No honey ever has.

    I mix this honey in my Greek yogurt with fruits, I add it to warm milk with a little bit of salt, and sometimes, I still enjoy a plain spoonful of it. Its mellow flavor is a delight, as are the texture and pearlescent color. I make sure almost every person who visits me gets a try of this honey—although it does pain me not to have it all to myself, LOL. I hope this company continues to go on for generations. Thank you so much for this beloved treat.
